Having already successfully provided the technical plastic parts for the front grille, headlight bezels and the logo for the "Integra Line" camper van, Joseph Westiform now also supplies the new Eura Mobil "Integra" mobile home with a high-end front grille and headlight bezels to spotlight the front of the vehicle.

The challenge with this project was to implement the sophisticated design of the parts for the front of the “Integra” mobile home in such a way, so that they could be manufactured using a thermoforming process. For the radiator grille - an important design element of the front of the vehicle - Joseph Westiform used ABS-Galvano, which is heated up in the thermoforming process until it is pliable, placed over the molds (which were specially made for the Euro Mobil) and then drawn into them. After cooling, the plastic retains the shape of the mold.

The radiator grille is then finished with a galvanic chrome layer, thereby giving a very high-quality surface finish. The headlight bezels are also chromed to enhance the front end.
